What the program looks like in practice

Classroom learning
guided discussion and activity
a fully funded shared experience

Together, these experiences encourage students to view the world through what we call the Ruby Lens - considering how they can include others, show kindness, demonstrate respect and appreciate the people and opportunities around them.

What it is

Ruby Tuesday Foundation delivers a values-based Year 5 program built around four core values:

Inclusion
Kindness
Respect
Gratitude

Students explore each value through learning, reflection and shared experiences delivered across the school year. The program is delivered to entire Year 5 cohorts, ensuring every child participates together.

Shared experiences in action

Examples might include:

Creative Workshops

Students participating in a creative workshop

Cultural Experiences

Students participating in an art workshop

Community based activities

Students participating in a nature workshop

Hands-On Learning activities

Students participating in a cooking workshop

Experiences are carefully selected to reinforce program learning and support whole-cohort participation.
